BONEcare combines Ayurvedic mussel-shell calcium with Ashwagandha and turmeric — a formulation designed to support the strength of asthi dhatu, the bone tissue, as the classical Ayurvedic texts describe it. Each daily dose provides 144 mg of calcium from natural mussel shell, alongside 100 mg of standardised Ashwagandha extract and 120 mg of turmeric extract delivering 12 mg of curcumin.
Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. The Ayurvedic herbs work alongside this mineral foundation: Ashwagandha for musculoskeletal strength, turmeric and shallaki for joint comfort, arjuna for connective integrity. Shatavari and the trikatu spice triad complete the formulation.
